Investing in Residential plots,HMDA or DTCP in Hyderabad has been growing since the last decade and has been a primary choice especially for first time investors in Real estate.Being customers ourselves, we have seen that this category is still unorganised with lack of brands, lot of crazy pricing ,lack of maintenance, no proper post sales support and sometimes outright scams.We decided to start our company in 2023 with the goal to provide projects of the highest quality at the best possible price and become the #1 choice for anyone interested in investing in plots.Three fundamental areas we would be focusing on from our very first project are:

Being a fairly unorganised category, commissions and the middleman chain have been the primary reason for inflation of the pricing when it comes to plots.Our focus in on building a community on Social and selling direct to customer, eliminating the middleman chain.
POST SALES SUPPORT
Post sales support when it comes to Residential Plots is almost non existent, which leads to improper maintenance of the project or any assistance to customer in cases of construction advice, legal, market insights, resale/liquidity etc.This will be an area we would want to focus heavily on by building a team specifically to facilitate this.

We are a team of 10 as of 2024,currently promoting couple of Plotting ventures-Hillside and Gardenia, and will be launching our first project as a developer by the end of 2024.
